GUI to create, change, run, build and configure the Arduino source code in a project

Configure (or check) the "Arduino Emulator configuration-Windows.txt" / "Arduino Emulator configuration-Linux.txt" (Platform dependent) file to make sure that they point to root directory of JDK's header files
